📮 This talk will demonstrate how rock physics-based AVO modelling, coupled with ensuring model-data consistency leads to a more robust interpretation of seismic data and hence better business decisions, even in most complex environments. Several examples of rock physics diagnostics studies and their corresponding seismic AVO interpretation projects will be shown for different basins around the world. How this proprietary and unique seismic interpretation workflow has influenced and shaped our subsurface understanding in these different basins and how it has impacted our clients’ business decisions, especially well placement will also be discussed.
