With Carnival season over, the bacchanal continued in March. Complex interactions between NGC,
the Ministry of Energy, MHTL, PLNL and De Novo Energy have led to the closure of two methanol
plants, two legal claims against NGC totaling over TT $3 billion and over 100 workers to be laid off.
